Additional Uses of UNICELL® Technology
UNICELL® technology has been applied beyond the scope of the standard electrolytic cell. CTI has produced a 9 metre free-standing leach tower . Large sectional tanks have been manufactured for the safe containment of electrolyte and other corrosive materials. Customised applications have been made in paper mills, food processing areas, wastewater treatment operations and metal finishing centres. UNICELL technology can be used in almost any corrosive environment in need of a protection and containment system.
Corrosion Protection Systems
CORGUARD protective flooring and coating systems provide the answer to surface corrosion problems in any industry. CFS 9000, CTI's modified vinylester, aggregate filled, multi-layered flooring system, is capable of withstanding the toughest environments. 400 series coatings offer similar corrosion protection for vertical surfaces and are applicable to both steel and concrete. CTI's extensive product line is capable of providing a Corrosion Protection System to suit any problem.
Cell Top Furniture

CTI's cell top furniture is designed and manufactured specifically for each project. Every capboard, spacerboard, and integrated board design assures stable electrode geometry, minimum short-circuit and interruption risks, high resistance to corrosion and mechanical impact, and excellent dimensional stability at high temperatures.

Our composite baseplate is the solution to corroding equipment foundations. Our baseplates are manufactured using the highest quality materials to provide a permanent base for your mechanical equipment. This product has superior chemical resistance characteristics and excellent vibration clamping qualities. Baseplates come in standard ANSI sizes but can be modified to meet other design criteria.
Sectional Tanks

When an application does not allow for a monolithic structure, polymer concrete tanks can be cast in a sectional configuration. Due to the inherent nature of Polymer Concrete, the bonding process by which these sections are joined together virtually eliminates issues of cold joints that could lead to weakness in the structure.
